Welcome to the Inner Athlete Challenge! Get ready for 6 weeks of athlete-inspired training you can do anywhere, anytime.
Level 2 is suitable for you if:
✓You have more than 12 months of training experience
✓You’re in your 1st trimester of pregnancy and have more than 12 months of training experience
✓You're in your 2nd trimester of pregnancy and found Level 1 workouts too easy
✓You’re 13+ weeks postpartum
NOTE: if you’re pregnant or postpartum, we recommend getting clearance from your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.
