INNER ATHLETE: Level 1 (Vol. 2)
Welcome to the Inner Athlete Challenge! Get ready for 6 weeks of athlete-inspired training you can do anywhere, anytime.
Level 1 is suitable for you if:
✓You have less than 12 months of training experience
✓You’re a runner who’s new to weightlifting
✓You’re a weightlifter who feels out of breath with cardio training
Or if you're pregnant or recently postpartum:
✓You’re in your 1st trimester of pregnancy and have less than 12 months of training experience
✓You’re in your 3rd trimester of pregnancy
✓You’re 7-12 weeks postpartum
NOTE: if you’re pregnant or postpartum, we recommend getting clearance from your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.
