Flexibility and mobility are essential to staying fit and feeling good. Problem is, most programs don’t understand the difference between the two. This is why instead of doing the same old static stretching, we combined elements of yoga with functional fitness to create a flow-based routine. These low intensity workouts focus on smooth, controlled movements to increase range of motion, improve performance, and reinforce proper alignment.
