INNER ATHLETE: Level 2 (Vol. 2)
Welcome to the Inner Athlete Challenge! Get ready for 6 weeks of athlete-inspired training you can do anywhere, anytime.
Level 2 is suitable for you if:
✓You have at least 12-18 months of training experience
✓You’re a runner with at least some weightlifting experience
✓You’re a weightlifter with at least some endurance experience
Or if you're pregnant or recently postpartum:
✓You’re in your 1st or 2nd trimester of pregnancy and have more than 12 months of training experience
✓You’re 13 or more weeks postpartum
NOTE: if you’re pregnant or postpartum, we recommend getting clearance from your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.
